Alone

Lost. Alone. Broken. Empty.
Losing friends and family,
Constantly being hurt,
And broken by those,
That are remaining.

Foolishly ignoring those words,
From a dear friend that
Proved to be true but
I was blinded by greed
Wanting what I cannot have
A companion to stop these feelings
Of loneliness and being lost.
